Kristin Bernert is a sports strategist and operator with 25+ years of experience, most recently as President of the Columbus Crew of Major League Soccer, where she drove record revenues through a strong focus on organizational development and the fan experience. Prior to the Crew, Kristin spent 10 years at Madison Square Garden Sports (New York Knicks, New York Rangers, and New York Liberty), a publicly traded company, ultimately serving as Executive Vice President of Business Operations. She led the Los Angeles Sparks as President before that. Kristin honed her data driven approach within the renowned Team Marketing and Business Operations group at the National Basketball Association (NBA) after winning her first championship, also setting a still standing WNBA attendance record with the Detroit Shock as Vice President. Kristin holds a bachelor’s degree from Siena College and a master’s degree from The Ohio State University. She has served on the Board of Governors for the National Women’s Soccer League, the Women’s National Basketball Association, the NBA G-League, League of Legends and the NBA 2K League.
