Horizon Sports & Experiences (HS&E) today announced the appointment of Kerry Bradley as the new Senior Vice President of Strategy. Reporting directly to CO-CEOs David Levy and Chris Weil, Bradley will spearhead the continued development and expansion of the agency's data and analytics strategy. In her role, Bradley will oversee daily sponsorship measurement requirements, providing guidance on strategic decisions through data and analytics, and leveraging insightful data to elevate brand activation for HS&E's portfolio of clients and properties.

With a proven track record of success in various leadership roles, Bradley brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her new position. Prior to joining HS&E, she served as the COO of Sports Innovation Lab, a prominent fan intelligence and market research company. In this role, Bradley effectively led internal operations and directed the delivery of data intelligence tools, market research, and strategy services to a diverse clientele, comprising teams, leagues, and brands across the sports industry.

Before her tenure at Sports Innovation Lab, Bradley served as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Exos, a renowned human performance company. In this capacity, she played a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategy and forging key partnerships with companies such as Google, adidas, and Intel.
Bradley's journey in the sports industry began with her work in team operations for the UCLA Women’s Soccer program, as well as a variety of youth national teams under the U.S. Soccer Federation. She graduated with honors from UCLA, earning a BA in Communication Studies, and a focus in Sports Marketing and Sports Management.
HS&E's ever-growing roster of sports and entertainment partners now encompasses Proximo Spirits, the NBA, Top Rank Boxing, Paramount+, Cognizant, PayPal, M&T Bank, SentinelOne, and ONE Championship. Additionally, the agency created and manages its Pickleball Slam franchise, and the upcoming Women's Champions Classic, further solidifying HS&E’s position as a premier destination for cutting-edge sports and entertainment solutions.
