Caryn Rosoff is the Senior Vice President, Sports & Brand Insights at leading global talent, entertainment, sports, and advisory company United Talent Agency (UTA). Rosoff has been a major player in the sports industry for more than 10 years. From playing collegiate soccer to developing valuation teams from the ground up for two of the three largest talent agencies in the world (UTA and Endeavor), Rosoff understands the industry on a uniquely deep level. She has acted as a mentor and inspiration for students and professionals, assisted in closing major marquee deals, and developed new methods of valuation that have revolutionized how commercial opportunities are evaluated. Rosoff has already made a palpable impact on the sports industry throughout her career and continues to elevate and change the game every day.

Rosoff joined UTA in March 2023 to build a new sports & brand insights division. She designed the team to offer a comprehensive suite of solutions for each phase of the partnership lifecycle, helping rights holders maximize revenue and brands maximize return. The solutions are innovative and the underlying approaches are reinforced with the consultative mindset, fresh and unique thinking, and progressive methodologies that define the group. With a foundational expertise in measurement, Rosoff and the team works across sports entertainment, music and digital influencers on both the brands and rights holders side.

She built a best-in-class team in the valuation space and has already landed larger consultative projects around jewel assets (naming rights and jersey kits), new venues, renovations and full commercial re-builds. She has worked with a variety of rights holders such as Wrexham A.F.C., Los Angeles Chargers, Professional Fighters League, Seattle Mariners, Ottawa Senators, Carolina Hurricanes, Unrivaled 3v3 and more.

Rosoff is also a key partner of the KLUTCH property sales group, developing the go-to-market strategy, conducting data-led prospecting, participating in negotiations, and driving revenue for rights holders. KLUTCH is one of the pre-eminent sales groups in the third-party space and has closed an unprecedented number of marquee deals.
