Liliahn Majeed is the Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer for L’Oréal NA, the largest subsidiary of the L’Oréal Groupe, the world’s leading beauty company. In this capacity, Ms. Majeed is responsible for shaping the inclusions efforts for L’Oréal USA, Canada, and the Caribbean as a business imperative across our commitments to our people, our consumers, and our world. She is a member of the L’Oréal USA Strategic, Executive, Nominations and Benefits Committees and collaborates across the organization to align L’Oréal Groupe’s global diversity efforts. Ms. Majeed reports directly to David Greenberg, CEO L’Oréal USA and President L’Oréal North America.

Previously, Ms. Majeed served as the inaugural Global Chief Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Officer at Universal Music Group (UMG), where she spearheaded efforts to enhance representation, equity, and inclusivity across UMG's international workforce and fan strategy spanning 60 countries.

Before her role at UMG, Ms. Majeed spent 15 years at the National Basketball Association (NBA). In her last role as Senior Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion she led initiatives across the NBA, WNBA, and NBA G League, including the launch of the NBA’s Women’s Leadership Forum, Coaches Equality Initiative and Women in Basketball Operations strategy. She also contributed to social justice efforts as a member of both the WNBA Social Justice Council and NBA Social Justice Task Force.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Majeed held leadership roles at Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts and Walt Disney World Resorts before joining the NBA in 2005. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Howard University and a master's degree in business administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, with additional studies in luxury brand management at ESSEC Business School.
