Stacy is a member of the Public Sector and Infrastructure (PSI) Group, and Co-Heads Goldman Sachs Global Investment Banking Sports Franchise. In this role, Stacy covers sports clients globally as well as municipal clients in the northeastern United States. She focuses on project finance and has worked on a number of stadium, arena, and other sports projects in the US and Europe as well as traditional infrastructure projects such as toll roads and water systems.
Stacy joined Goldman Sachs in 2003 as an associate. Stacy was named managing director in 2017. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Stacy was a civil engineer for the City of New York's Parks & Recreation Department, where she managed large infrastructure projects and was responsible for 70+ facilities, including Yankee and Shea Stadiums. Stacy is a founding board member and Treasurer of the Natural Areas Conservancy, serves on the board of the Children’s Academy and is also an advisor to and board member of Big12.
Stacy earned a BS in Civil Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1995 and an MBA from Harvard Business School in 2003.
