Luke was a professional quarterback in arena football for seven years, winning four championships. Luke played college football at University of Nevada and graduated from Occidental College. Prior to co-founding Mustard, Luke worked in politics as supervising field organizer for Stacey Abrams for Governor, research director for John Chiang for California Governor, and various other campaigns where he was able to learn and identify the processes, structure and culture of efficient, effective and powerful organizations.
