Katlyn Gao is co-founder and CEO of LOVB (League One Volleyball), a first of its kind professional women's volleyball league launching in the US. With a mission to bring major league volleyball to the masses, under Katlyn's leadership, LOVB is expanding possibilities for women through how the sport is played, promoted, experienced and expressed from youth to college to pro.

Applying her vast consumer brand experience, including community engagement gleaned from management roles at Lululemon, Sephora and Coach, as well as strategic expertise from Bain, Harvard Business School and more, Katlyn is setting the standard for building a league that has attracted a variety of investors including Billie Jean King, Kevin Durant, and Chelsea Handler who believe LOVB is onto something big.
