Ahron currently serves as a Managing Director with Inner Circle Sports leading the firm on efforts in the sports, media, and entertainment space. Previously, Ahron led the Arizona Coyotes organization as its President, CEO, and Alternate Governor. During his tenure, he was the youngest CEO out of the Big 5 men’s U.S. professional sports leagues. While serving as CEO, the club posted record-setting results in every major business metric and was widely recognized as a best-in-class franchise for fan experience, including a top 3 ranking in the NHL by J.D. Power & Associates for overall customer satisfaction.

For his involvement in the Arizona community, Ahron was named as the 2019 recipient of the Anti-Defamation League’s Torch of Liberty Award, given annually to the Phoenix business leader who best exemplifies a personal commitment to making Arizona a better community. He was also named to the Sports Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 list in 2020, the Phoenix Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 list in 2019, and the Phoenix Business Journal’s Businessperson of the Year finalist in 2019. In addition, he acts as a Venture Partner with ADvantage VC, an early-stage sports technology venture firm backed by Adidas, the Adi Dassler Family Office, and Ryan Sports Ventures, among others.

Ahron currently serves on the board of the Phoenix Children’s Hospital Foundation, the Jewish and Black Phoenix Leadership Alliance, Techstars Sports Accelerator, the Jewish Community Resources Council, and the Arizona State University Sports Law and Business program. Ahron attended law school at Arizona State University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and served as an Editor of the Law Review. Prior to law school, he attended Bowdoin College where he was a four-year letter winner on the varsity football team and earned All-American honors by the National Strength & Conditioning Association. Ahron resides in Phoenix with his wife (Dana) and sons (Carson and Cameron).
