Donn spent ten years as Founding Partner of venture capital firm Revolution Growth, co-leading the firm’s $1 billion invested into disruptive market leaders, including DraftKings, Sportradar, Clear, Zipcar, CustomInk, Sweetgreen, Cava, and Scopely.

Prior to Revolution, Donn was a senior executive at AOL during the rise of the consumer internet, serving as President of the AOL Interactive Properties Group and the youngest member of the company-wide AOL Operating Committee.

Earlier in his career, Donn led and built numerous high-growth companies, including as CEO of Exclusive Resorts, Chairman of Miraval Spa Resort, and President of Tribune Ventures. Donn’s career in sports began at age 29 when he was named Chief Counsel for the Chicago Cubs. Donn is a pioneering investor in e-sports, with early stakes in Team Liquid and Epic Games. He is a graduate of University of Michigan Law School and Miami University (Ohio).
