With a bachelor's degree in Sport Administration from the University of Cincinnati, André brings a wealth of knowledge in business management. Prior to founding A&A Management in 2012, André spent most of his time in the financial services industry. He held positions at Huntington National Bank & Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in Cincinnati, OH. He became a licensed investment adviser, focusing on addressing the unique wealth management needs of professional athletes, entrepreneurs, doctors, and business professionals.

André developed tailored strategies to help clients, their families, and their businesses pursue both short- and long-term financial goals. Now, as President & Chief Business Officer of A&A Management Group, André oversees operations, evaluates organizational success, stays informed about the competitive landscape, and seeks opportunities for expansion. He works closely with each client to ensure they have the tools and resources necessary to achieve their financial goals. André has successfully invested his clients' capital in various private businesses, including Hydrow, Cholula Hot Sauce, Virgin Voyages, Club Carwash, Truck Hero, Hilo Nutrition, and more. Residing in Cincinnati OH with his daughter Kennedi, André actively participates in the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. Delta Gamma Lambda Chapter.
