Gilad Haas cofounded Shadow Lion with Tom Brady, Ben Rawitz and Jeff Fine and has served as the managing director since its inception in 2017. Regarded as the compass of the company by many of his co-founders and co-workers, Haas became an integral part of the company's culture and growth, bringing his extensive knowledge of video production and direction to Shadow Lion.

Haas began his professional career after graduating from Emerson College in 2015. Throughout the year, Haas nurtured connections with a network of talented creatives through his own video work that led him to Rawitz and Fine, the two brothers working with legendary quarterback, Tom Brady. Together they created the vision of Shadow Lion, each bringing their individual strengths to the process.

Haas grew Shadow Lion’s own production capabilities, bringing on a new level of professionalism to Brady’s video content, and expanded the company's employee roster, bringing new members to the team including Creative Director, Colby Blanchett early on.

Throughout the years, Haas has been a key player in the growth and development of the company, directing new initiatives and projects from concept to completion. Haas was also named a part of Forbes 2023 “30 under 30” class, further cementing the executive as one of the leading members of the future of business in the media industry.

As Managing Director, Haas works with elite talent and brands to establish impactful content strategies and then executes them with an in-house production team. Haas has helped Shadow Lion’s clients generate billions of impressions through high-quality and engaging story telling while motivating and inspiring his team to continue Shadow Lion’s unparalleled growth and compelling content.
